In the bottom right hand corner of your screen, you should see a light blue chat bubble. This is the fastest and easiest way to get in touch with us - we usually respond in 10 minutes or less! Connect with the GiveGab Customer Success team from 9AM EST - 5PM EST, Monday through Friday, and with extended hours around Valley Gives. If you contact us after hours, we'll still receive the message and will get back to you the next morning - just make sure you also leave your email address!
